1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of 57 Play ('the Site'), operated by 57 Jewellers Ltd. By entering any competition on our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom to enter our competitions. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity before releasing any prize. Employees of 57 Jewellers Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter a competition, select the competition you wish to enter, choose the number of tickets, and complete payment. Each ticket purchased gives you one entry into the draw. The maximum number of tickets per person per competition may be limited as stated on the competition page.
4. Ticket Prices & Payment
Ticket prices are displayed on each competition listing and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept payment via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable.
5. The Draw
All draws are conducted live on Instagram using a certified random number generator. Draw dates are displayed on each competition. If a competition sells out before the scheduled draw date, we reserve the right to bring the draw forward. All ticket holders will be notified of any changes. Each draw is recorded and available for verification.
6. Prizes
Prizes are as described on each competition listing. Where a cash alternative is offered, winners may choose between the physical prize or the stated cash value. Prizes are subject to availability. In the unlikely event a specific prize becomes unavailable, we will offer an equivalent prize or the cash alternative value.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted within 24 hours of the draw via the email address registered to their account. Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
8. Delivery
Physical prizes will be delivered free of charge to a UK address. Delivery times vary depending on the prize but typically take 7-14 working days. High-value items may require a signature upon delivery and proof of identity.
9. Limitation of Liability
57 Jewellers Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in any competition, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the ticket(s) purchased.
